About me
For 15 years I played in the top league of Czech law. I founded KROUPAHELÁN – a firm recognised three times in the Law Firm of the Year awards – and sold it in 2023. Then the world of real estate drew me in completely.
Because law and practice naturally meet in real estate, I built the service I would want to use as a client: fixed prices up front, contracts within 72 hours and money held in an escrow you sign via Bank iD from your sofa – in Czech or in English.
Why Bricks
I’m a lawyer, investor, developer and tech enthusiast. Real estate is my life – and law is my tool for getting things moving.
If I were any good with my hands, I’d have a construction company too. Instead of bricks, I lay down clauses – fast, smart and with a feel for business. Hence Bricks.
