What you get
Reservation agreement, tailored purchase contract and handover protocol, including amendments to the final version. Bilingual at no extra cost.
Escrow via Bank iD is included – on its own it costs CZK 6,490. Paid out only after registration.
I file the registration application electronically and follow the proceedings until the entry is made.
Tax orientation, a signing guide and communication with the buyer and the agency on your behalf.
Prices are final – I’m not registered for VAT. Deadlines run from the moment I have all the documents. The Land Registry fee for the registration application (CZK 1,600) is paid separately.
How it works
The address or title (LV) number and the details of the parties. It takes ten minutes.
We go through them together and fine-tune the final version.
You have the signatures certified at a Czech POINT or by a notary, following my guide.
The buyer sends the purchase price to escrow, and the bank reports every movement.
After registration, usually within 3–4 weeks, I pay you out no later than the next working day.
The buyer’s money sits in attorney escrow supervised by the Czech Bar Association, in a separate account protected by the Guarantee Fund. How escrow protects your money →
