This is an English translation of the Czech privacy policy (Ochrana osobních údajů). In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Czech version prevails.

3. Where I get the data
Primarily from you. When you verify your identity via Bank iD, from your bank through Bankovní identita, a.s.; details of the property from the Land Registry; and details of the other party to the transaction from them, from the real estate agency or from public registers.
4. Who I share the data with
- providers who run the website, database, e-mail and document storage for me, with servers in the European Union,
- Bankovní identita, a.s. for verification via Bank iD, and MONETA Money Bank, a.s. for running the escrow account,
- the Czech Bar Association when recording the escrow in the electronic escrow register,
- the Land Registry office, courts and other public authorities, the other party and their representative, where necessary to provide the service,
- Google (Analytics and Ads), only with your consent to cookies; Google may also process the data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time in the cookie settings. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 727/27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz.
Some rights may be limited by the attorney’s duty of confidentiality or by a legal obligation to keep the data.
6. Security
Communication with the website is encrypted, uploaded documents are kept in non-public storage and only I have access to them. All data is covered by attorney–client confidentiality.
7. Effectiveness
This policy is effective from 30 October 2026 and replaces the policy published at www.rezervacnismlouva.cz. I will announce any changes on the website.
