What people ask most about reservations

How much does a reservation agreement review cost?

CZK 5,999 with the analysis within 72 hours, or CZK 9,990 within 24 hours on working days. If you then continue with the full purchase review, I deduct CZK 5,999.

Can you make it by tomorrow?

On working days, yes: with the priority review you get the analysis within 24 hours of paying the advance invoice. If it is even more urgent, say so in the form or call me.

I have already paid the deposit and the deal fell through. What now?

Invalid or unbalanced clauses often make it possible to claim the deposit back. Send me the agreement and I will tell you what your options are.

Where should the reservation deposit go?

Ideally into attorney escrow, not the agency’s operating account. In escrow it is kept separate, insured and cannot be seized.
